Craft Vendor Hours

Thursday the 11th, 5:00 pm – 9:00pm (Security overnight)
Friday the 12th, 5:00 pm – 10:00pm (Security overnight) Free activities only during Education Day (9-2)
Saturday the 13th, 10:00am – 10:00 pm (Parade is at 10am)


Tear Down on Saturday at 10:00 pm. Anything left overnight is at your own risk. No asphalt access due to safety reasons as festival is still open.

2025 Vendor Pricing:

Outside Premium (10 x 10)located outside along the main walkway of the events - $80

 

Outside Non-Premium (10 x 10)located outside in front of tent and around the other parts of the festival -$70

 

Outside Non-Electric (10 x 10) located outside still along the main parts of the festival but no electric will be available -$60

 

Inside Commercial Tent (10 x 10)located underneath big tent which provides full coverage from weather- $150

 

Trailerlocated outside in the allowed spaces for trailer parking - $90

 

 

Vendor Rules for Fall Festival

 

    To ensure a smooth and successful event, please review the following vendor rules and guidelines:

    • Vendors must remain present and keep their booths open during all scheduled business hours. Vendors who do not comply will be asked to leave and will not be allowed to return to the festival as a vendor in future years. Event Hours are:

    Thursday the 11th, 5:00 pm – 9:00pm (Security overnight)
    Friday the 12th, 5:00 pm – 10:00pm (Security overnight) Free activities only during Education Day (9-2)
    Saturday the 13th, 10:00am – 10:00 pm (Parade is at 10am)

    • Vendors must ensure their booth is staffed by at least one capable person at all times during event hours.
    • Vendors are responsible for maintaining booth cleanliness and removing litter at the end of each day.
    • This is a rain-or-shine event. The market will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather.
    • Switching or trading booth spaces is prohibited unless authorized by craft vendor coordinator.
    • The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
    • Vendors using canopies or pop-up tents must provide their own tents or canopies and ensure they are anchored and secured with suitable weights (e.g., sandbags, water-filled jugs, concrete blocks).
    • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, extension cords and any other items required to complete the setup of booth space. The festival will not be responsible for providing any supplies.
    • The Monroe County Fall Festival Board reserves the right to reject vendors based on product duplication, similarity, or conduct.
    • Booth spaces will be assigned by the committee, and specific booth location requests will not be accepted.
    • All spaces are measured in 10 X 10 feet squares. Trailers will be accepted and positioned in allowable spaces.
    • Vehicles are prohibited in the blocked-off festival areas while the event is open. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund and will not be allowed to return. If the vehicle is not moved upon request, vehicle will be towed at owner’s expense.
    • Vendors must behave in a courteous and respectful manner toward the public, fellow vendors, and festival staff. Offensive, threatening, or intimidating language and any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and the vendor will be asked to leave.
    • Only items appropriate for a family-friendly venue may be sold. Vendors will be asked to remove inappropriate items if deemed necessary.
    • Vendors will not be allowed to participate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
    • Rules are subject to change. Any updates will be communicated via email. The Festival Board reserves the right to reassign booth spaces at their discretion.
    • Failure to comply with the rules will result in expulsion from the festival. Vendors must adhere to all regulations.
    • Full payment of invoices is required to secure your vendor spot.
    • Any disputes or grievances should be directed to the Monroe County Fall Festival Board for a resolution.
